A guest dines at your downtown venue every month. They book at the beach one and get treated like a stranger.

What it does

The house memory is one for the whole group. The Host recognises another venue's regular when they write, and the Analyst includes them in the brief of the venue they are going to.

Result

Every venue treats the regular as a regular. The group behaves like a single house.

In a group, the guest belongs to the group, but the memory usually belongs to each venue: a sheet per restaurant, a booking system per restaurant, a maître who knows their own. The guest who is a regular at one is a stranger at the others, and there is no way for them to know.

HIRO keeps one memory per group, isolated from every other group and shared across your venues. The same guest, with their whole history, wherever they are. The Host at the beach venue knows the person writing dines downtown every month. That night's brief says so.

It is the real architecture from day one: multi-tenant with row-level isolation between houses, and multi-location inside each house. It is not a promise of scale; it is how it is built.
