Is HIRO a CRM?

No. HIRO Brain is an AI Native Restaurant Intelligence System. A CRM stores customers; the Brain interprets and recommends. And it's vertical hospitality: it understands covers, allergies, food cost and moments of service. HubSpot or Salesforce are horizontal B2B; HIRO Brain is built for your floor.
Which AI engine does HIRO use?

Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6 as reasoning engine, Voyage for embeddings. Anthropic is a European-friendly provider with no-training policies: your data never enters model training.
What happens if I exceed monthly AI credits?

We notify you at 80% of the cap. You can upgrade in one click or buy extra credit packs without commitment. We never cut service without warning, we never bill above plan without you seeing it coming.
Do I have to switch reservation systems to use HIRO?

No. We know CoverManager inside out (already in production) and we are working on the Revo integration. If you use another system with an API, we wire it up during setup.
Why is there a setup fee if the plan is monthly?

The setup pays for HIRO team manual work during onboarding: voice workshop, guest and menu data load, integrations, launch service. Without it, every logo would onboard at a loss and we can't guarantee quality.
Is HIRO Service available yet?

Not yet. HIRO Service enters development in 2026, planned launch Q3 2026. If you sign HIRO Connect now, you get it at no extra cost at launch. If you want into the private beta sooner, say so in the demo.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Upgrading is instant and prorated. Downgrading happens at the next cycle, no penalty. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
