FAQ

Questions we get often.

Do I have to switch reservation systems to use HIRO?

No. We know CoverManager inside out and connect to TheFork, OpenTable, or whatever you use, as long as it exposes an API. If you don't have an API, we advise on alternatives.

What if I use Uber or Bolt instead of Cabify?

We connect to any VTC with an API: Cabify, Uber for Business, Bolt Business, and others. You need a business account with the VTC; HIRO supports onboarding as part of the rollout.

Why is there a setup fee if the plan is monthly?

+

The setup pays for HIRO team manual work during onboarding: voice workshop, menu upload, integrations, launch service. Without it, every logo would onboard at a loss and we can't guarantee quality.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Upgrading is instant and prorated. Downgrading happens at the next cycle, no penalty. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.

Why does Connect save 149€/month?

+

Concierge Pro 399€ + CRM Pro 299€ = 698€. Connect costs 549€. We discount 149€ because integrating both products requires less effort on our side and because the bundle is the complete experience we recommend.

Does HIRO Starter (free) expire?

+

No. Starter is free forever within the 50 conversations/month cap. If you exceed it, we notify you and you can upgrade to Esencial whenever you want. If you never exceed it, you stay on Starter at no cost.
