Is HIRO a CRM?

No. HIRO Brain is an AI Native Restaurant Intelligence System. A CRM stores customers; the Brain interprets and recommends. And it's vertical hospitality: it understands covers, allergies, food cost and moments of service. HubSpot or Salesforce are horizontal B2B; HIRO Brain is built for your floor.
Which AI engine does HIRO use?

Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6 as reasoning engine, Voyage for embeddings. Anthropic is a European-friendly provider with no-training policies: your data never enters model training.
What are the technical limits of each plan?

The team you hire is what matters. Underneath there are technical quotas (guests in the base, emails, SMS) that almost nobody hits. We warn you before you get close to a limit and you hire more roster in one click. We never cut service without warning.
Do I have to switch reservation systems to use HIRO?

No. We know CoverManager inside out (already in production) and we are working on the Revo integration. If you use another system with an API, we wire it up during setup.
Why is there a setup fee if the plan is monthly?

The setup pays for HIRO team manual work during onboarding: voice workshop, guest and menu data load, integrations, launch service. Without it, every logo would onboard at a loss and we can't guarantee quality.
Can I start with just The Host?

Yes. Starter is free and brings The Host: attends and books over WhatsApp and captures every guest detail. When your house asks for it, you hire the rest of the roster by upgrading. The Archivist (the living memory) is included from day one.
Can I hire more team or reduce the roster?
+
Yes. Upgrading is instant and prorated. Reducing the roster happens at the next cycle, no penalty. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
