    Your digital team, at work.

    For restaurants that already work with CoverManager.

    Includes

    • Hostess. Talks with your guests and books their reservations, on WhatsApp and on your website.
    • Community. Answers your restaurant's Instagram messages.
    • Reputation. Brings your guests' serious complaints to your team.
    • Your restaurant's memory. Your Employees keep and remember every guest: their bookings and their preferences.

    For restaurants without CoverManager: HIRO brings the booking engine.

How we work it out.

The price has three parts.

  1. The implementation

    We put your Employee to work in your restaurant: its knowledge, its voice, your channels and your reservations. It is a one-off payment, and no Employee starts working without it.

  2. The Employees

    Your Employees, working every month in each of your locations. It is the recurring part.

  3. Anything outside the standard

    Integrations or custom work your restaurant needs. We quote it separately, before we start.
