How it works.

  1. The guest scans the QR code

    Your restaurant's QR code opens their card. It only asks for a name, and that's optional.

  2. Your team stamps it

    From their phone: scan the card's QR code and tap “Add a stamp”. If there's a reward, they redeem it right there.

  3. You see who comes back

    In HIRO Platform, under Fidelización: who has the card, stamps, rewards redeemed and who has come back.

Your programme, your way.

  • The programme name and the reward, in your own words.
  • How many stamps the reward takes, from 3 to 20.
  • A limit of stamps per card per day, so nobody abuses it.
  • Your restaurant's colours and location.
  • Pause new sign-ups whenever you like; existing cards keep getting stamped.
  • Coming soon to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet too.

What it doesn't do today

  • It isn't linked to the guest's profile in HIRO Platform.
  • It doesn't ask for email, phone or birthday.
  • It has no points for spend and no tiers.
  • It doesn't stamp from the POS.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does the guest have to install an app?
    No. They sign up from your restaurant's QR code and the card opens on their phone.
  • Does it work on iPhone and Android?
    Yes, on any phone, with its QR code and nothing to install. Very soon it can be saved to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet too.
  • Who stamps it?
    Anyone on your team, from their phone.
  • Can the stamps be abused?
    You set a limit of stamps per card per day.
  • What data is kept?
    An optional name, the stamps and the dates. The guest can delete their card themselves.
  • What if I change the reward?
    Cards update on the next visit.
  • How do I get it?
    HIRO turns it on in your restaurant during implementation, on a quote.
