HIRO Concierge

Your house voice, with no robot behind it

The Host

An employee that answers the restaurant's WhatsApp and finishes the job: checks real availability, creates the booking in CoverManager, modifies it, cancels it, recognises the guest who has been before, and hands the conversation to a person when it should. It does not reply with a button menu. It replies.

Working today with real users.

Table for 2 tomorrow around 9pm?
Done, Mr. Vela. Tomorrow 9pm, your table by the window. Shall I book the car for after dinner?
24/7 · Official WABA · VTC

Your floor does not take calls at eleven at night. The Concierge does, and leaves the booking made.

The work

What it does, exactly.

Every line carries its own status. If something is in beta, it says so on the line, not in a footnote.

  • Attends over WhatsApp in the house voiceLive
  • Checks availability and creates the bookingLive
  • Changes time, covers and table on the live bookingLive
  • Cancels and releases the table instantlyLive
  • Recognises the guest who has been beforeLive
  • Answers hours, allergens, menu and how to get thereLive
  • Hands over to a person when the conversation calls for itLive
  • Suggests table and moment reading the memoryBeta

What it does not do yet

  • It does not take payments or booking deposits.

  • It does not answer voice calls: today it is text over WhatsApp.

  • Large groups and events are handled by HIRO Sales, in development.

Outside hours

The hours your floor does not cover are where conversation piles up. That is where it does the most work.

CoverManager

Deep integration, in production. It creates, modifies and cancels on your system, not on a copy.

Own voice

Tone, vocabulary and recommendation criteria matched to your house. Adaptable, not luxury-only.

Official WABA

Official Meta WhatsApp Business API. No grey bots, no accounts exposed to a ban.

Job 01

Real bookings at any hour

CoverManager integration in production: real availability, not a promise someone has to confirm tomorrow. The guest books at eleven at night and the table is blocked.

HIRO ConciergeWhatsApp · 23:04
Any table for 6 on Thursday? We're celebrating.
Congratulations. Thursday 9pm, the round table at the back. Confirmed in CoverManager, the .ics is on its way.

A real API reservation, not a promise. At 11:04pm.

Job 02

VTC on departure

When dinner ends the Concierge can request a car linked to the booking. It requires a business account with the transport provider; HIRO supports the onboarding.

The car is waiting when the guest walks out. No calls.

Job 03

Wired to the memory

Before replying it reads what the house already knows: how many times they have come, what they are allergic to, which table they asked for last time. The reply arrives with context, not with a script.

Sra. Ortega · ChampionAllergy: tree nuts
Mrs. Ortega, lovely to hear from you. Your table by the window? The kitchen is already flagged, as always.

The Concierge asks the Brain before replying.

When it goes on duty

The hospitality year is not flat.

The periods where this employee carries the most weight.

February, the table for two

Valentine's fills itself. The rest of February does not.

March and April, long weekends and Easter

Demand moves by single days, not by weeks.

May and June, terraces and celebrations

Celebration season starts, and so does the season of asking for a quote.

July and August, volume

Summer brings no new problems. It brings the same ones, multiplied.

November and December, the house at full load

Six weeks worth a quarter, and the team has nothing left to give.

Coming soon

Quotes from paying customers will sit here once we sign the consent. In the meantime, book a demo and we will show it working.

Coming soon: testimonials from production customers

The vacant post

What happens without it

After-hours messages answered the next day, when the guest has already booked elsewhere

The same block of repeated questions eating team hours every week

Bookings lost between WhatsApp, the phone and the notebook

Unofficial WhatsApp putting the restaurant's account at risk of a ban

What changes

With it on the team

Bookings confirmed at any hour without touching a maître

The team gets back the hours spent answering the repetitive

Every conversation leaves data in the house memory

Hard conversations reach a person, with the context already loaded
