Sending to everyone is not a campaign. It is noise
The Comms and Opt-in
An employee that reads the memory segments and proposes the campaign that fits: reactivate those four months absent, tell the regulars about the new season, fill the soft Tuesday shift. It prepares the segment, the message and the timing, with consent checked. In beta: WhatsApp broadcast depends on Meta template approval.
Built and working, limited availability.
Your restaurant's best list is already inside. Nobody is using it.
The work
What it does, exactly.
Every line carries its own status. If something is in beta, it says so on the line, not in a footnote.

What it does not do yet
WhatsApp broadcast requires prior template approval from Meta, and that takes time.
It does not run social media or paid advertising.
Automatic seasonal campaign proposals are in development.
On your own base
It works on guests who have already been in your house, not on a bought list.
With consent
It checks consent before every send. No exceptions, no grey areas.
By segment
Every segment with its reason. The regular and the dormant do not get the same message.
At the right time
The soft Tuesday shift fills better if the message goes out on Sunday, not on Tuesday.
HIRO Marketing · The Comms and Opt-in
Consent verified before every send. No bought lists, no grey areas.
What it works with
It plugs into what you already have.
WhatsApp Business API
BetaOfficial Meta API, with the house's verified number. No grey bots, no accounts at risk of being blocked.
Email transaccional
BetaPost-visit, reminders and email campaigns on your own domain, with managed opt-outs and controlled bounces.
Anthropic Claude
BetaThe reasoning engine behind every employee. A provider with a no-training policy on your data.
When it goes on duty
The hospitality year is not flat.
The periods where this employee carries the most weight.
January, after the storm
December left you data. January decides what you do with it.
February, the table for two
Valentine's fills itself. The rest of February does not.
March and April, long weekends and Easter
Demand moves by single days, not by weeks.
May and June, terraces and celebrations
Celebration season starts, and so does the season of asking for a quote.
September and October, the group diary opens
Group season starts long before Christmas.
November and December, the house at full load
Six weeks worth a quarter, and the team has nothing left to give.
Quotes from paying customers will sit here once we sign the consent. In the meantime, book a demo and we will show it working.
Coming soon: testimonials from production customers
The vacant post
What happens without it
The same message for the weekly regular and for the one who came once in 2024
Campaigns that go out when someone finds time, not when they should
Export a CSV, fight the email tool, repeat next month
Sending without knowing whether consent exists
What changes
With it on the team
Every segment gets the reason that fits it
Dormant guests enter a reactivation flow, not oblivion
Consent stops being a doubt
The campaign is measured against bookings, not opens
