In developmentTurn group enquiries into booked events.
A company asks for a quote for twenty-five people in December. It comes in through the form on Tuesday. On Thursday nobody has replied yet.
Being built, with houses building it with us.
What it does
The Groups and Events employee receives the request, sorts it by type, date and size, asks for what is missing (covers, budget, allergies, room), prepares the file so your team can send the quote in hours and chases the one who did not reply.
Result
The quote goes out in hours, not days. Nobody goes without a second reply.
Group season starts in September and is won by whoever replies first. Every request that comes in is a company lunch, a team dinner, a celebration: revenue concentrated in a few tables. And each one needs someone to read it, ask for what is missing, prepare a quote and chase it. That someone is prepping service.
The Groups and Events employee takes that whole queue. It receives over WhatsApp, form or email, qualifies the lead, gathers what is needed to quote and leaves the file ready for your team to decide and send. When the quote goes out and nobody replies, it follows up with judgement. The company that celebrated with you last year, it recognises.
It is in development. The leads, opportunities and pipeline module exists; what we are looking for now are houses that want to build it with us for this Christmas campaign. You come in early, you shape the design and you test it against your real operation.
