Beta

Separate the guest who wants a table from the one who wants a collab.

Sunday night. In the social inbox there is a booking for Saturday, three collaboration pitches, a wine supplier and the same question about opening hours four times.

It exists and can be demonstrated.

What it does

The Social One reads every message, sorts it into booking, collaboration, supplier or question, answers the question on the spot, hands the booking to the Host and leaves the commercial ones tidy for Monday.

Result

Your team opens the inbox on Monday and only sees what needs a person.

A restaurant with a social presence receives, through direct messages, things that have nothing to do with each other. A table for Saturday. A collaboration pitch from someone with fifteen thousand followers. A supplier offering product. And, again, what time you open on Sundays. They all come through the same door in the same tone, and someone has to read them all to discard ninety per cent.

The Social One does that sifting. It sorts every message by what it actually is, answers common questions on the spot, and when someone wants a table it hands them to the Host, who checks real availability and leaves the booking made in CoverManager without the guest repeating anything or switching channel.

It does not decide the commercial ones: it sorts them. Collaboration pitches and supplier offers reach your team grouped, with the essentials pulled out, so the decision takes a minute. It is in beta: it works end to end and we are tuning it with the first houses.

Is this your problem? We will show it solved.
