The soft Tuesday is visible ten days out

The Demand Reader

Designed, not built. The idea: an employee that reads your house's occupancy history, detects the shifts that will come up short with enough notice to do something, and alerts the employee that can fill them. We tell it because it is where the product is going, not because it is available.

Designed, not built. We tell it as vision.

An empty shift is not fixed on the day. It is fixed ten days earlier.

The work

What it does, exactly.

Every line carries its own status. If something is in beta, it says so on the line, not in a footnote.

  • Reads occupancy and historical demand patternsPlanned
  • Anticipates the shifts that will come up shortPlanned
  • Warns with enough notice to reactPlanned
  • Suggests which employee can fill the gapPlanned

What it does not do yet

  • It does not exist yet. None of the above is built.

  • It will not do dynamic pricing: that does not fit how a restaurant table works.

  • It requires enough occupancy history for the reading to mean anything.

With notice

The useful warning arrives ten days early, not on the afternoon of the soft shift.

On your history

It reads your house's pattern, not a sector average that looks nothing like you.

Passes the warning

Spotting the gap is worthless if it does not reach whoever can fill it.

Designed, not built

It is on the roadmap. When it is built, we will say so here and the status will change.

HIRO Revenue · The Demand Reader

On the roadmap. We tell it as vision, not as an available product.

What it works with

It plugs into what you already have.

CoverManager

Planned

Real availability, creation, modification and cancellation of the booking. The employee does not leave a note for someone to key in later, the booking is made.

Anthropic Claude

Planned

The reasoning engine behind every employee. A provider with a no-training policy on your data.

When it goes on duty

The hospitality year is not flat.

The periods where this employee carries the most weight.

January, after the storm

December left you data. January decides what you do with it.

March and April, long weekends and Easter

Demand moves by single days, not by weeks.

May and June, terraces and celebrations

Celebration season starts, and so does the season of asking for a quote.

HIRO Service waitlist

Join the waitlist and we'll notify you before launch.

HIRO Service enters development in 2026 with planned launch in Q3 2026. If you already use HIRO Brain or HIRO Connect, you get private beta priority.

The vacant post

What happens without it

The soft shift is detected on the day, when no reaction is possible

The house demand pattern lives in the floor manager's intuition

It gets filled with last-minute discounts that erode the ticket

Nobody connects the detected gap with the action that fills it

What changes

With it on the team

The warning arrives with room to act

The pattern stops being intuition and becomes data

Filling stops meaning discounting

The detected gap reaches the employee that can close it

You cannot hire it yet. You can build it with us.

We are looking for houses that want to define it with us. You come in early, you shape the design and you test it against your real operation.
